The Challenge We Solve
Every commercial construction bid starts the same way: a spec book lands on the estimating team’s desk — 500 to 2,000+ pages across multiple volumes, plus drawing sets, addenda, contracts, and geotechnical reports.
What follows is weeks of manual work:
- Reading every spec section and classifying it by trade
- Building scope packages for subcontractor bidding
- Soliciting bids from dozens of subcontractors across 29+ trades
- Reviewing each sub’s bid response for exclusions, gaps, and risk

WBS Classification Engine AI-powered classification against 10 industry-standard taxonomies (masterformat, UFGS, UniFormat II, OmniClass, and more) with confidence scoring and human-in-the-loop review.

Why Construction?
We chose to focus exclusively on commercial construction because:
